Description

  • Serve as the primary client leadership contact and build a trusted, enduring partnership.
  • Provide cross-functional direction and align multidisciplinary talent around key priorities.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams, vendors, and other partners to deliver digital experiences.
  • Protect the integrity of the client’s tradition-rich brand across digital work.
  • Manage team capacity through seasonal changes in engagement intensity.
  • Ensure deliverables meet high standards for craft, quality, and creative excellence.
  • Anticipate needs, manage expectations, and keep initiatives on track from planning through delivery.

Requirements

  • Significant client leadership experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience leading client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Required experience with digital products and services.
  • Understanding of how design and implementation partners collaborate to launch digital experiences.
  • Strong team management skills, including motivating and aligning teams during seasonal ramp-ups.
  • Diplomatic, steady, and collaborative approach to working with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain proactive and calm under pressure while adapting to change.
  • Familiarity with and appreciation for golf strongly preferred.
  • Availability for 40 hours per week from ASAP through December 18, 2026.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours and attend one or two occasional on-site visits.

Benefits

  • Expected weekly compensation of $3,200–$3,600.
