Description

  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver compelling sales and technical presentations to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with fire alarm and life-safety product distribution channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive product and commercial training sessions in collaboration with partners to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.
  • Advocate for inclusion of Ajax Systems products in system specifications and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with branded product distribution partners to meet partner needs and develop joint opportunities.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of market and vertical-specific strategies for Ajax products and solutions.
  • Represent Ajax at marketing events and exhibitions and provide market feedback to management to inform product development.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the fire market.
  • Strong business sense and an existing network in the fire/life-safety industry.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, distribution channels, and sector dynamics.
  • Familiarity with fire alarm standards and regulations (experience with EN54, FG750 and related regulations is a strong advantage).
  • Strong sales and technical presentation skills.
  • Fluent or professional working proficiency in English and Norwegian.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for business up to 70–80% of the time.
  • Proactive, self-driven 'hunter' mentality and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
