Description

  • Achieve assigned sales targets in the Greece region.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
  • Develop, plan, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers, communicating product features, benefits, and updates.
  • Conduct product and commercial training sessions with partners to improve product knowledge and drive sales.
  • Advocate for inclusion of Ajax products in system specifications and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with branded product distribution partners to meet partner and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of market and vertical-specific strategies for Ajax Systems products.
  • Represent Ajax at marketing events and exhibitions and provide market feedback to management to influence product development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the security industry or a similar industry.
  • Proven sales experience in the Greece region.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proven track record across the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders at an executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of modern security technologies and trends such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
  • Conversational English (CV must be submitted in English).
