Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Portugal aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners across the region to ensure coverage in key markets and verticals.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate proposals, presentations, contracts, and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders at various levels, including executive contacts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market analysis and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of products and services.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, initiatives, and sales activities simultaneously.
  • Represent the company at meetings and presentations to promote products and secure partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar industry.
  • Proven sales experience and track record in the Northern part of Portugal (Porto/Braga).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proven experience across the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, developing proposals, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors and channel partners.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales or business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of modern security technologies and trends such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
