Description

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and the new guest experience, driving business outcomes across first-time booking and marketing integrations.
  • Own and optimize the first-time guest experience to increase conversions and move users toward repeat bookings.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to bridge growth channels and the in-app guest journey, ensuring seamless handoffs and optimized conversion.
  • Drive visibility and discovery initiatives across external channels (e.g., search and emerging AI platforms) to increase reach and relevance.
  • Consolidate and enhance lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS) and landing page integrations to improve guest experience and conversion.
  • Craft product narratives and marketing strategies to communicate product benefits internally and externally.
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners (FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust) and leadership.
  • Define goals and success metrics with clear, measurable objectives and key results.
  • Inspire and influence teams, leadership, and the company to support product success and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer growth and marketing technology.
  • Proven success driving SEO/GEO and digital visibility.
  • Experience creating product messaging and delivering it to customers and the media.
  • Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
  • Experience working on consumer products with marketplace dynamics at a global scale.
  • Ability to drive execution across large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference for candidates who want to perform individual contributor product management work.
  • Able to work Pacific Time Zone hours as needed and reside in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (role is US - Remote Eligible; occasional office/offsite attendance may be required).

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $194,000 — $239,000 USD.
  • This role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and other benefits.
  • Employee Travel Credits may be provided.
  • US - Remote eligible with occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites (as agreed with manager).
