Description

  • Own end-to-end paid social and full-funnel channel strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization to drive bookings and engagement for Experiences and Services.
  • Develop and execute global full-funnel campaigns that bridge upper-funnel brand engagement with lower-funnel performance to meet aggressive growth KPIs.
  • Design, run, and iterate rigorous experiments (A/B and multivariate) and apply advanced attribution and measurement to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Manage complex audience segmentation, dynamic creative testing, and sophisticated budget/bidding strategies across programmatic, paid social, and mobile channels.
  • Continuously evaluate, test, and integrate AI-driven tools, bidding algorithms, and ad technologies to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Brand, and Creative to align on requirements, influence roadmaps, and deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Collaborate with MarTech and engineering teams to build/scale features that optimize global media planning and merchandising capabilities.
  • Lead creative brief development and execution, ensuring high-quality creative assets that meet strict brand guidelines while driving performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant growth marketing experience with deep expertise in Paid Social (e.g., Meta, TikTok) and managing complex full-funnel campaigns.
  • Experience in travel, retail, or scaling services/experiences is a strong plus.
  • Proven technical and analytical proficiency, including strong knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager (or FMP), Google Ads, modern attribution modeling, and ad-tech ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI and machine learning for campaign optimization, predictive modeling, and creative scaling.
  • Demonstrated ability to run high-volume, technically complex growth campaigns and rigorous experiment design/implementation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple complex cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in global teams across multiple geographies/time zones and maintaining high creative quality under strict brand guidelines.
  • US remote eligibility required: must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity; role may include occasional office work or offsites.

Benefits

  • Base pay range $160,000–$200,000 USD.
  • Role may be eligible for bonus and equity.
  • Employee benefits package (medical/other standard benefits) and Employee Travel Credits.
  • US-Remote eligible with occasional office or offsite attendance as agreed with manager.
