Description

Align cross-functional teams around Americas regional business objectives with Regional Business Operations and Growth leadership.
Own end-to-end cross-functional initiatives, from problem definition and solution design through execution, measurement, and post-mortem.
Identify dependencies and coordinate stakeholders to deliver initiatives across demand, supply, and regulatory business areas.
Lead weekly operating meetings with field and online operations, marketing, product, and legal teams to keep key initiatives on track.
Analyze internal and external data to identify macro and micro trends and develop actionable business plans.
Present analyses, insights, and recommendations to country and regional leadership to inform business decisions.
Support Regional leadership in developing performance narratives for key metrics and delivering them in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Scale community growth and optimization-focused programs across globally distributed teams.

Requirements

10+ years of work experience, preferably spanning data modeling, business analytics, and project management in an entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated ability to own projects from conception through execution and post-mortem.
Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and influencing diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights, tell compelling business stories, and communicate with audiences at all organizational levels.
Ability to operate effectively amid uncertainty and ambiguity while connecting detailed execution to broader company strategy.
Strong prioritization, multitasking, organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort manipulating large datasets are required.
SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with AI, AI data analysis, and AI tools is preferred.

Benefits

Base salary range of $168,000–$203,000 USD.
Potential eligibility for bonus compensation.
Potential eligibility for equity.

US remote-eligible role, with occasional office or offsite attendance as agreed with the manager.
