Description

  • Manage and evolve Airalo’s growth marketing mix modeling portfolio, including validating the current model and scaling it to additional markets.
  • Design and execute incrementality experiments such as geo-holdouts, conversion lift studies, synthetic control, and difference-in-differences analyses.
  • Evolve attribution methodology by selecting appropriate models and attribution windows, defining data requirements, and measuring the impact of tracking remediation.
  • Calculate and continuously optimize CAC metrics and own LTV:CAC as a strategic KPI reported to leadership.
  • Build measurement literacy within the Growth and Acquisition teams through training, interpretation guidance, and self-service reporting.
  • Build and maintain the performance marketing reporting framework in partnership with Analytics Engineering.
  • Act as the analytics partner to Growth and Acquisition by translating business questions into measurement plans and spend recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of measurement outputs so MMM scenarios, incrementality results, and attribution insights influence budget allocation decisions.
  • Contribute to a unified decision framework that combines signal health, attribution, and incrementality into budget allocation guidance.
  • Document experiment results, MMM refreshes, and signal quality trends to build institutional knowledge over time.
  • Collaborate with the Senior CDP Engineer and MarTech team on the data and signal infrastructure needed for measurement.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or growth analytics.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Hands-on experience building, validating, or calibrating MMM models using tools such as Robyn, Google Meridian, PyMC-Marketing, or LightweightMMM, or working closely with vendors who do.
  • Strong foundation in causal inference and experimental design, including difference-in-differences, synthetic control, and propensity scoring.
  • Expert-level SQL and Python or R, with the ability to write production-quality code.
  • Experience with modern data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake, and familiarity with analytics engineering workflows; dbt preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as LightDash, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Proven track record of calculating and optimizing channel-level CAC, LTV, churn, and ROAS to influence marketing spend decisions at scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences.
  • Right to work and reside in Romania, Spain, or the UK.
  • Experience with Bayesian modeling frameworks such as TensorFlow Probability, PyMC, or Stan is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms and MMPs such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or CleverTap is preferred.
  • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Apple Search Ads, including attribution APIs and server-side event integrations, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the eSIM, telco, MNO/MVNO, or travel-tech landscape is preferred.
  • Exposure to semantic layers, metrics-as-code, or KPI governance frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with privacy-first measurement in the post-cookie, post-ATT environment is preferred.
  • Experience with cross-border or multi-market attribution challenges is preferred.
