Description

  • Architect, design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including integrations with third-party tools.
  • Lead project teams and complex programs, mentoring and managing multiple resources and owning overall project outcomes.
  • Lead architecture and integration design sessions, client workshops, demos, and working sessions as the process and technical expert.
  • Create, own, and deliver written deliverables, documentation, and project artifacts; act as escalation point for project teams.
  • Influence stakeholders (including senior management) to align on new concepts, practices, and approaches and drive consensus on complex solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales as the technical expert to identify, scope, and position services and contribute to opportunity generation.
  • Provide thought leadership and generate differentiated marketing content; craft innovative solutions for complex client programs.
  • Drive scoping, planning, methodology, and advanced situational analysis for critical and cross-practice projects.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform; ITSM/ITOM/ITAM experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge in at least two ServiceNow process areas.
  • Expert-level ServiceNow development skills and strong experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
  • Demonstrated deep expertise across multiple technologies and the ability to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches.
  • Strong presentation, communication, project management, situational awareness, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proven experience leading teams, workshops, and client-facing engagements; recognized expertise within the organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Obtain and maintain expert-level ServiceNow certifications and act as an early adopter of new certifications.
  • Experience participating in pre-sales for opportunity identification, scoping, and positioning (preferred).

Benefits

  • $160,000 - $180,000 a year (OTE; includes base salary and any applicable target bonus; may vary by experience and location).
  • Remote (US) full-time role with at least 25% travel expectation.
