Description

  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and support the execution of operational tasks across assigned engagements.
  • Create and distribute project status reports, burndown charts, and other project metrics for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal project meetings, document key discussions, and track action items.
  • Manage project information in AHEAD’s project management systems, including ServiceNow SPM and Salesforce PSA.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of billable and non-billable projects to help ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support documentation and communication processes with internal teams and clients when needed.
  • Work with global teams to streamline project administration and identify process improvements.
  • Contribute to internal resource management by helping allocate team members across projects.
  • Assist with project closure activities, including documentation handover and lessons learned reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Experience generating reports to track progress and performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and work effectively across time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Observability Solutions, IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile, or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
