Description

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for enterprise AI solutions across platforms, agentic AI, applications, security, and operations.
  • Translate business objectives and demand signals into product bets, milestones, outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Run intake, triage, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across AI Hive, GTM, and delivery teams.
  • Convert strategy into executable work such as epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and feedback loops with engineering, design, and solution owners.
  • Drive discovery and validation through user interviews, prototypes, dogfooding, and experimentation.
  • Develop demos and POCs using AWS, NVIDIA, and other enterprise AI hyperscaler stacks.
  • Package solutions for scale through documentation, reference architectures, enablement kits, and repeatable accelerators.
  • Build internal and field-facing sales engineering content and playbooks for repeatable product ownership.
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs, roadmap updates, and value stories for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in solution or product management for platforms, applications, internal tools, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-impact solutions in agile environments.
  • Experience delivering GenAI or AI use cases such as prompt-driven workflows, RAG, agentic orchestration, or analytics assistants.
  • Strong product discovery and solution design skills, including journey mapping, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across engineering, design/UX, security, and GTM teams.
  • Fluency in backlog management, release planning, and telemetry-driven iteration.
  • Familiarity with modern AI stacks, including LLMs/APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, NVIDIA, and other data, AI, and cloud technologies, preferred.
  • Experience packaging frameworks or accelerators for sales teams, preferred.
