Description

  • Design and implement long-term strategies that drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline with a proven record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills with experience addressing complex business challenges.
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, plus financial modeling.
  • Japanese language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
