Description

  • Lead investigations into high-value payment claims by validating them against internal data.
  • Resolve complex disputes by coordinating across Tech, Finance, Account Managers, and external partners.
  • Analyze dispute and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and productivity KPI performance.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Lead or mentor a team of specialists and reinforce a culture of accuracy, speed, and ownership.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workflows and future dispute volumes.
  • Prioritize team resources and workload based on risk analysis and changing stakeholder needs.
  • Own the Disputes and Finance Operations function as the operational lead for complex B2B payment discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data-driven operations, disputes, or specialized support.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to validate data-heavy claims.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance contractual obligations with partner relationships and business goals.
  • Exceptional English fluency for high-stakes discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to navigate ambiguity while delivering speed and accuracy.
  • Experience in B2B partner operations, vendor management, or payment disputes is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
