Description

  • Partner with enterprise customers to identify opportunities, unmet needs, and candidate use cases for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate loosely defined business requirements into actionable technical solutions within the Agiloft platform.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI-enabled workflows using Agiloft Screens and PromptLab.
  • Embed AI capabilities into operational workflows and validate outputs for reliability and business fit.
  • Diagnose and resolve workflow, configuration, API, and integration issues in customer environments.
  • Decide when to guide customers through solutions versus implementing on their behalf to accelerate outcomes.
  • Train customer administrators and superusers on implementations and best practices.
  • Document implementation patterns, playbooks, and lessons learned for internal and customer use.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to improve deployments and adoption.
  • Surface recurring blockers, use cases, and product feedback to inform scale and future product direction.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working with LLM tooling and prompt engineering in applied environments.
  • API and integration experience in production environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Working knowledge of Python or another commonly used programming language is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is preferred.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with CRM, ERP, or document management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with workflow automation or process automation platforms, legal tech and CLM experience, regulated industries, change management frameworks, and enterprise integrations is highly valued.
