Description

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations, driving alignment on performance and priorities.
  • Build and own assumption-driven user and portfolio loan mix models by validating inputs and pressure-testing key drivers.
  • Monitor performance against forecast at the portfolio, user, and segment levels, diagnose variances, and identify root causes.
  • Deliver forward-looking insights on user trends and the loan portfolio to inform adjustments and action.
  • Own consolidated reporting across Top of Funnel, Conversion, Users, Volume, and Loan Mix.
  • Synthesize key business drivers including mix, credit, pricing, and commercial impacts.
  • Provide decision support on strategic initiatives by evaluating trade-offs and P&L implications.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively generate insights that cut through ambiguity and help shape high-impact business decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics.
  • Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in financial modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar preferred.
  • Familiarity with fintech, lending, and payments business models preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to enhance analytical workflows preferred.
