Description

  • Lead the Learning team by developing strategy and executing the design and delivery of learning solutions.
  • Build programs that strengthen individual, team, and leadership capabilities.
  • Partner with People team members, business stakeholders, and leaders to define, understand, and drive adoption of learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and subject matter experts to create new learning resources and experiences.
  • Create communications, engagement plans, and internal content to support change management efforts.
  • Define, measure, and communicate learning success metrics to stakeholders across the business.
  • Support continuous improvement and consistency across learning programs and people experiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, team leadership, design thinking, experiential learning, and measurable results.
  • Experience designing and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy.
  • Experience scaling learning solutions in a growing global workforce of 2,500+ employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven, evidence-based approach.
  • Experience with innovation in learning modalities and learner experience, including micro-learning, virtual learning experiences, user journeys, and learning measurement.
  • Experience managing learning technology platforms and partnering with People Tech teams and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into what matters most.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Base pay range of $245,000-$325,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $217,000-$297,000 per year for other U.S. states.
