Description

  • Manage day-to-day program business and financial performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semiannual financial forecasts.
  • Monitor program expenditures, identify financial issues and trends, and help ensure commitments are met.
  • Prepare quarterly corporate social responsibility positions and charts.
  • Analyze, report, and present program-level earned value and financial performance to finance, business operations, and program teams.
  • Communicate program performance and financial insights to leadership.
  • Partner with program management, contracts, operations, and financial management to align processes and procedures.
  • Run project selection boards, maintain project data repositories, support cost-estimate revisions, and manage transitions to supported business units.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 years of professional experience, or a related master's degree plus 1 year of professional experience; equivalent combined education and experience considered.
  • 2+ years of program finance experience, including preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly program financial status reports.
  • Experience creating and managing budget targets and schedule milestones.
  • Knowledge of a business-management discipline such as finance, scheduling, contracts, or pricing/estimating, with working knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira, and/or Tableau.
  • Experience supporting agile program management and collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial analysis, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
  • Ability to perform office-based work involving prolonged sitting and computer use.
