Description

  • Support financial audit readiness efforts for DLA operations.
  • Process, analyze, reconcile, and report financial transactions.
  • Maintain financial data integrity across financial, transportation, and operational systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulated processes, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Organize, analyze, and manage complex financial and operational data using approved software tools.
  • Review and use SOC 1 Type 2 reports within a controlled environment.
  • Create, validate, and support DLA accrual reports.
  • Pull and analyze high-volume system feed data supporting transportation and payment operations.
  • Troubleshoot data flow, transaction, and payment issues using specialized system access and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Support billing processes, general government accounting procedures, and transportation transaction analysis including EDI 858 and FACTS-related workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial audit readiness, financial transaction processing, financial data integrity, or related financial operations.
  • Experience supporting transportation, logistics, or payment-related financial operations.
  • Experience creating reports, accruals, or other financial management outputs.
  • Experience with data flow traceability, system-to-system reconciliation, or troubleshooting financial transaction issues.
  • Experience working with government accounting processes, billing procedures, or working capital fund activities.
  • Experience working in controlled environments with audit support, internal controls, or compliance reviews.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows environments and cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to meet background investigation requirements.
  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment and random drug testing.
  • Preferred experience with TPPS / U.S. Bank Freight Payment, WMS, DSS, VSM, GFM, LTS, Tracker Lite, TGET, FACTS, EDI 858, SOC 1 Type 2 reports, TAC to LOA translation, DLA accrual reporting, or TWCF billing processes.
