Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of U.S. commercial contracts, including drafting, redlining, and driving agreements to signature.
  • Partner with the sales team on commercial terms and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain the contract lifecycle process, including workflow tools, signing authority routing, and playbooks.
  • Oversee customer logistics, including camera ordering, inventory, fulfillment, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support process design for clinical operations and help scale the teleophthalmology grader network.
  • Support hiring across the operations team and manage onboarding logistics for new team members.
  • Draft internal policies and SOPs to close operational gaps as the company grows.
  • Lead strategic operations projects, including board materials, cross-functional project management, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, health tech operations, or a similarly rigorous, output-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management instincts with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • A systems-thinking mindset focused on making processes more scalable and repeatable.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work; experience building or automating workflows with AI tooling is a strong plus.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be U.S.-based and comfortable working remotely with occasional travel for offsites and customer engagements.
  • High ownership, proactive communication, and comfort operating with limited structure.
