Description

  • Audit new client applications and renewing client accounts to confirm plans are set up in compliance with IRS, HIPAA, and Department of Labor regulations.
  • Handle COBRA-related account reviews and changes for qualified beneficiaries and special plan members, including plan and rate setup accuracy.
  • Monitor and score calls to verify accurate information and a strong participant service experience.
  • Perform daily peer QA by reviewing a sampling of team members’ work to help maintain a 98% individual and team accuracy target.
  • Review and update SOPs, documentation, processes, and procedures when changes are needed.
  • Work on audits and projects within the defined scope and timeline of each assignment.
  • Manage a variety of work items assigned throughout the day while maintaining team goals and turnaround times.
  • Analyze audit results and provide feedback to support process improvements and accountability.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
  • Prior quality assurance experience is preferred.
  • Graduation from a four-year college is preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in audits and reports.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong understanding of Ameriflex systems, rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to navigate internet-based programs.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and effective decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
