Description

  • Own and evolve Adyen’s offering commercialization so it scales across verticals and regions.
  • Define the commercial value proposition, bundling strategy, and high-level narrative for what Adyen sells and why.
  • Anticipate customer, commercial, market, and regulatory changes and adapt the offering accordingly.
  • Build direct customer relationships to gather insights that inform strategy and business decisions.
  • Translate cross-market and cross-vertical customer feedback into data-driven product recommendations and business cases.
  • Partner with Product Leadership to influence roadmap priorities that drive adoption and value creation.
  • Execute go-to-market strategy for the offering in partnership with commercial leads.
  • Create and coordinate enablement materials and support with Product Marketing, Commercial Academy, and Business Performance teams.
  • Work closely with Vertical teams to align GTM execution with industry-specific needs and share cross-vertical insights.
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives for both new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, ideally combining consulting or investment banking with hands-on ownership at a technology company.
  • Experience in payments or financial technology is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with structure and clarity.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining external relationships with customers and partners.
  • Experience and passion for go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Ability to develop data-backed perspectives and navigate complex blockers to achieve commercial goals.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn customer feedback into tangible, data-driven business cases.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across commercial, operations, compliance, and product teams.
  • Availability to travel up to 15% of the time, including internationally.
