Description

  • Lead Bulgaria-based support operations during LATAM business hours (17:00–01:00 local time).
  • Provide hands-on support for complex API and ETL troubleshooting.
  • Perform ticket audits and share best practices to improve support quality.
  • Own and resolve complex customer cases through email and video calls.
  • Deep-dive into product usage, operational issues, and technical integrations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients by analysing usage patterns and helping increase product adoption.
  • Identify recurring trends during the night shift and refine help documentation.
  • Validate and improve the accuracy of AI-powered support tools.
  • Collaborate with support agents to ensure timely, high-quality customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 2nd line B2B support role within a SaaS product company.
  • Strong proficiency in English is required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A consultative mindset with genuine empathy.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
  • Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills with the ability to manage real-time workloads effectively.
  • Exposure to web technologies and related stacks such as API, ETL, and SQL is preferred.
  • Confidence troubleshooting technical integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with ETL or data analytics platforms is preferred.
  • This is a full-time night shift position based remotely in Bulgaria.
