Description

  • Drive commercial growth strategy by identifying gaps between the client’s current state and long-term goals and creating paths for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Partner with Product and Transformation Leads to run strategic workshops that align client transformation goals with Adobe’s product roadmap and Adswerve solutions.
  • Lead the creation of client roadmaps, business reviews, and pitch decks that connect technical milestones to business and financial outcomes.
  • Close renewals and upsells, including leading complex pricing negotiations that balance profitability and long-term value.
  • Serve as the primary source of truth for leadership by providing portfolio updates, revenue trend analysis, churn risk insight, and expansion forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VP- and C-level executives.
  • Map complex enterprise organizations to identify additional budget owners and stakeholders across business units.
  • Consult on Adswerve’s Analytics and Personalization solutions and identify opportunities in Cloud and Programmatic Media with support from subject matter experts.
  • Act as the account general manager by coordinating Sales, Product, and Engineering teams around client needs, roadblocks, and opportunities.
  • Manage strategic partner relationships, including Adobe, to pursue beta access, advanced support, and co-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Management Consulting, or Strategic Sales within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding growth and retention targets on a personal book of business.
  • Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, including Customer Journey Analytics, RT-CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience with the broader MarTech/AdTech landscape and how Adobe solutions integrate into it.
  • Experience selling or consulting on Programmatic/Media tools such as DV360, TTD, SA360, Amazon, or Social is a bonus.
  • Experience with Data Science or Cloud topics such as MMM or propensity modeling is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn data into narratives for non-technical executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead clients through industry changes such as privacy shifts, cookie deprecation, and first-party data strategies.

  • Base salary of $115,000 to $135,000 per year.
