Description

  • Accurately enter and update patient and medical data into internal systems.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and health records databases.
  • Cross-check source documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies with internal teams promptly.
  • Generate and submit accurate data reports as required by management.
  • Handle patient information with strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and accuracy benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Experience in data entry or administrative records work is preferred but not explicitly required.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately enter, review, and verify large volumes of data.
  • Comfort working with digital files, databases, and internal systems.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Must be able to work fully remote from any location.
  • Availability for either full-time, part-time, or flexible hours.
