Description

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery and prioritization through development and distribution.
  • Shape a product roadmap aligned with user needs, business objectives, and company vision.
  • Build a deep understanding of user requirements and market opportunities to define and refine feature requirements.
  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and program management to co-create and iterate on product features.
  • Use prototypes, data, insights, and storyboards to inform and improve product requirements.
  • Monitor product usage and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Align cross-functional teams and communicate progress, learnings, and plans across the organization.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, and enablement teams to support successful launches and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience leading products from ideation to delivery.
  • Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed technology company is preferred.
  • Strong user-centered mindset with a passion for improving user experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying product vision, updates, and plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize short-term wins alongside long-term product goals.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to drive initiatives forward quickly.
