Description

  • Own product areas end-to-end from problem definition through shipped solutions.
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deliver significant features.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible product experiences.
  • Identify user problems and explore and vet potential design solutions.
  • Deliver polished designs that balance usability, clarity, and trust.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and product foundations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to simplify complex problems and improve product experiences.
  • Communicate design decisions and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and teammates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
  • Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions.
  • Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems.
  • Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Collaborative mindset that contributes positively to team culture.
  • Experience designing financial products or fintech experiences, preferred.
  • Experience designing for users with varying levels of financial literacy, preferred.
  • Experience working on early-stage or fast-growing product teams, preferred.
