Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial education sessions with employees at partner companies on personal finance topics such as stock options, retirement, budgeting and savings, debt management, and real estate.
  • Contribute to the development of content, programming, and product initiatives for the company.
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion in Spain.
  • Help guide and shape Addition Wealth’s strategy for delivering financial wellness services in the region.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience through personalized financial guidance.
  • Support the company’s mission to make financial expertise accessible and inclusive for employees.

Requirements

  • One or more active professional designations, such as European Financial Advisor® (EQF 4, EQF 5, EQF 6) or comparable Spain-specific designations.
  • Must be in good standing with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at an EAFI.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Must be located in Spain.
  • This is a part-time contractor position.
  • Passion for financial planning and delivering a great customer experience.
