Description

  • Provide customer service and support to current and prospective families throughout the enrollment process.
  • Respond to inquiry calls and information requests by phone, email, and text using company-provided processes and materials.
  • Make daily outbound calls to contact interested students and parents.
  • Conduct phone and video appointments with prospective families to assess needs, fit, and potential enrollment challenges.
  • Schedule school tours for prospective families.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information on registration requirements, school programs, and enrollment procedures.
  • Document all student and family interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist with re-enrollment training, new employee training, and onboarding for the enrollment team.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for enrollment and registration activities within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, school staff, and remote team members; coordinate support for enrollment events and registration.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, phone presentation, problem-solving, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with multiple software programs, including MS Office, contact management database systems, and Gmail.
  • Understanding of state governing standards and rules and regulations affecting enrollment activities.
  • Must pass federal, state, and local background checks as required by the state.
  • Some travel required for departmental training, meetings, and occasional school events.
  • Experience working with students and families in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing managers and identify community partnership opportunities is preferred.
