Description

  • Monitor quality across all call center departments, including Operations, Enrollments, Customer Success, and Settlements.
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, social media, email, and chat.
  • Document trending results and identify opportunities to improve productivity and performance.
  • Create and maintain accurate, timely quality monitoring reports.
  • Develop metrics for excellence to measure customer interaction performance.
  • Protect and implement controls and processes that support organizational growth.
  • Provide detailed feedback and consistent follow-up to teams based on quality findings.
  • Recommend policy, procedure, manual, and tool updates based on monitoring observations.
  • Report findings and strategic recommendations to upper management.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related QA experience.
  • 1-3 years of QA experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a proactive team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and tact.
