Description

  • Design and build robust, scalable, and secure backend applications for posture management across multiple verticals.
  • Own defined business problems and deliver technical solutions end-to-end.
  • Extend posture coverage and contribute to new SPM capabilities across SaaS security, cloud security, identity configurations, automation workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Write high-quality, test-driven code with strong coverage and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver features.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and help troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Help improve automation, reporting, and integrations within the SPM platform.
  • Contribute to the evolution of posture management across multiple security domains.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of industry experience as a Backend Engineer building production-grade applications.
  • Strong backend proficiency in Go.
  • Experience designing scalable APIs and services.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as S3 and RDS and cloud deployment practices.
  • Experience with service-to-service communication tools such as gRPC or Kafka.
  • Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
  • Demonstrated ability to write test-driven code in production environments.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Envoy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GenAI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude is preferred.
  • Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC and RBAC/feature gating is preferred.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is preferred.
  • Experience building or integrating GenAI-powered tools to improve developer workflows or product features is preferred.
