Description

  • Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key performance metrics.
  • Coach process servers through direct communication and meaningful feedback to improve performance.
  • Field questions from process servers and resolve blockers that prevent timely job completion.
  • Set clear expectations for underperforming servers, including performance standards and adjustment timelines.
  • Review assigned reports daily and contact disengaged servers to identify and resolve delays in job attempts.
  • Hold servers accountable and take actions that directly improve performance outcomes.
  • Track and communicate blockers to the leadership team.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed.

Requirements

  • Experience training and/or coaching others.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Full-time availability, working 9am to 5pm PST.
  • Weekend availability preferred.
  • Must be located in one of the approved remote states: Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida.
