Description

  • Deliver legal documents to intended recipients in your assigned area.
  • Plan routes and manage stops efficiently to complete service attempts.
  • Work independently while following court rules and civil procedure requirements.
  • Make service attempts at times when people are more likely to be home.
  • Interact pleasantly and professionally with the public during deliveries.
  • Use the mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.
  • Maintain accurate and honest documentation of service work.
  • Choose your workload and service area based on your availability.

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must be tech savvy and able to use an iPhone/iPad or Android smart device with a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Process serving experience or related experience is helpful but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without work authorization.
