Description

  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve questions and issues related to existing orders.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls for existing customers and new customers placing orders online.
  • Respond to customer emails, internal department inquiries, and process server questions related to orders and payments.
  • Correct errors, follow up with process servers, and move orders forward to completion.
  • Provide customers with information and updates on their orders.
  • Document issues and case-related information in Confluence.
  • Visit court dockets to gather case filing information and occasionally pull filed papers.
  • Work with other teams to ensure all necessary order tasks are completed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and phone systems preferred.
  • Document manipulation experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them.
  • Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Must be located in North Carolina for this remote position.
