Description

  • Lead end-to-end content creation across pre-production, production, and post-production for social platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative briefs to produce high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand tone.
  • Create engaging, native-first video and photo content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Operate camera and production gear and manage shoots independently or as part of a crew (on location or remote).
  • Edit and finalise deliverables with attention to narrative, pacing, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with a Social Strategist and Account/Project Manager to align on planning, scheduling, and communications.
  • Use the 90 Seconds platform to collaborate, track project progress, and deliver assets efficiently.
  • Manage multiple creative projects concurrently while responding to feedback and maintaining quality and agility.

Requirements

  • Freelance, part-time role based in/covering Singapore with remote work flexibility.
  • Proven track record in content creation, especially in event coverage, luxury, beauty/skincare, and F&B/hospitality.
  • Strong hands-on videography skills and experience operating camera and production equipment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent editing tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital-first storytelling and social media formats (short-form vertical video, native platform requirements).
  • Self-sufficient, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, responsive to feedback, and able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the 90 Seconds platform or similar production management tools (preferred).
