Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, PVS/MCS, and NetScaler ADC.
  • Monitor performance, plan capacity, and tune systems to ensure a reliable user experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to virtual sessions, profile management, and network connectivity.
  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and security hardening of the Citrix environment.
  • Collaborate with Cloud and Infrastructure teams to integrate Citrix solutions with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Develop PowerShell automation scripts for repetitive administration and provisioning tasks.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in on-call support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix engineering, administration, and VDI management within enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
  • Deep understanding of Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
  • Experience with profile management solutions such as FSLogix and Citrix User Profile Management (UPM).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong background in Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS and hybrid-cloud VDI deployments (preferred).
  • Citrix certifications such as CCP-V or CCE-V are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage production issues efficiently.
