Description

  • Communicate project status and technical recommendations effectively with client stakeholders.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
  • Write performant, testable, secure, and maintainable code and enforce coding standards through reviews.
  • Participate in planning and estimation activities and produce accurate effort estimates using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements, organize and present developed features to clients, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Design, engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Engage in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other governance activities.
  • Mentor and support the growth of other engineers through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and on project teams.
  • Independently drive project delivery across all stages from conceptualization to deployment within the defined architecture and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Proven experience with Angular, including unit testing, UX design concepts, Figma, monorepo structures, and state management with ngRx.
  • Strong experience with .NET Core for backend development.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, Step Functions, etc.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with development workflows and tools including GitHub, branching strategies, code review practices, and code deployment.
  • Experience evaluating and making recommendations based on complex proof-of-concepts.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and leading by example in writing clean, maintainable, testable code.
  • Comfort working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Additional (desired): experience with Python and Salesforce integration using .NET or Python.
