Description

  • Work independently on client engagements without a 3Pillar UX Lead when needed.
  • Guide the work of 1-2 UX designers on larger engagements.
  • Lead UX rituals and meetings and participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure the UX team understands the product vision, mission, goals, values, and user types.
  • Present design decisions and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Set up and manage engagement tools such as Figma and FigJam.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management teams.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and communicate plans, priorities, and status to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members, help prepare workshops, and contribute to client presentations.
  • Participate in technical UX interviews, internal training, and development of UX practices and content.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.
  • At least 3 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, and a variety of clients.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detail orientation.
  • Experience working with global teams and high cultural awareness.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain, persuade, and distill complex information clearly.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in interaction design and visual design.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships across mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Preferred interest in emerging technologies such as AI and industry trends.
