Description

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of DevSecOps and cloud engineers delivering secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Own the DevSecOps roadmap aligned with business objectives, cloud modernization goals, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain resilient cloud solutions in collaboration with application, security, data, and product teams.
  • Build and operate secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Terraform across multi-cloud Azure and AWS environments.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and related technologies.
  • Embed security throughout the software lifecycle, including security scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance support.
  • Establish and improve SRE metrics, dashboards, and incident response practices to meet SLOs and operational excellence targets.
  • Implement AI/ML use cases for predictive anomaly detection, generative code analysis, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineering talent through objectives, timelines, performance reviews, and inclusive team practices.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials to support on-call engineers and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience developing infrastructure for multiple environments across multiple AWS accounts and managing software configurations.
  • 5 years of experience providing direction and guidance to junior colleagues and developers.
  • 3 years of experience in software delivery, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
  • 3 years of experience supporting enterprise-level cloud environments.
  • 3 years of experience designing and administering AWS services.
  • Experience with Terraform (HCL).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Experience with version control and Git.
  • Experience with Docker for container technologies.
  • Experience with orchestration using Kubernetes, AKS, or ECS/EKS.
  • Experience with AIOps platforms.
  • Experience embedding security in CI/CD processes.
  • Ability to live and work anywhere in the U.S., within authorized states.
  • Preferred experience with AI adoption in infrastructure and DevSecOps workflows.
