Description

  • Design and implement logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.
  • Build data architectures that support structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Develop and support full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.
  • Create data integration architectures and related data processing solutions.
  • Perform data profiling and create source-to-target mappings.
  • Provision and configure Azure data service resources.
  • Build data pipelines based on business and technical requirements.
  • Work with APIs as part of data platform and integration work.
  • Collaborate on technical solutions in a client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and implementing logical and physical data models for data warehouse environments.
  • Experience with multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.
  • Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ER/Win, or similar.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform services, including Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Logic Apps, and APIs.
  • Strong Python and SQL scripting skills.
  • Experience with SQL and PySpark.
  • General cloud architecture competency and ability to build data pipelines from requirements.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and apply new technologies.
  • API knowledge is required; candidates who can create APIs are preferred.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB, Data Flows, ExpressRoute, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Preferred experience creating migration strategies from on-premise environments to Azure.
  • Preferred experience with Power BI and semantic modeling.
  • Preferred experience with AWS Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift, ECS, and Azure equivalents such as Data Factory, Blob, Databricks, Synapse, and AKS.
  • Ability to work full time.
  • Remote work location in the Philippines.
  • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship.
