Description

  • Architect and automate scalable ETL pipelines to ingest and centralize studio tracking data.
  • Standardize and model disparate data sources into optimized database schemas.
  • Create clean, structured data layers that serve as a single source of truth for executive BI dashboards.
  • Partner with product managers and studio leaders to resolve data bottlenecks and design backends for new portfolio-tracking tools.
  • Implement automated data-validation frameworks to improve the reliability of leadership reports.
  • Centralize fragmented studio data such as project roadmaps, telemetry, feature backlogs, and release timelines.
  • Support internal product platforms and business intelligence tools with dependable data infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and data engineering.
  • Deep understanding of RDBMS, database syntax, and SQL technologies.
  • Strong familiarity with REST protocols and JSON data structures.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining production ETL processes.
  • Proficiency with Python, Google Apps Script, or other scripting tools.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance practices such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Ability to work iteratively in agile environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • BS in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Direct experience with Tableau or other enterprise BI visualization tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of business operations, corporate finance, or AAA game development pipelines is a plus.
  • Experience building or supporting front-end software services and custom web tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and concepts is a plus.
