Design and optimize scalable, secure, high-performance blockchain architectures.
Develop, integrate, test, and maintain smart contracts and decentralized protocol components.
Research blockchain technologies and support proof-of-concept initiatives for DeFi features.
Contribute to cross-chain interoperability solutions, including bridges and atomic swaps.
Optimize smart contract execution, gas consumption, and overall performance.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to identify vulnerabilities and improve protocol reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD workflows, and engineering best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to support product delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Professional experience building and operating backend systems in production.
Strong proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, or another backend or systems programming language, with practical concurrency and performance knowledge.
Solid understanding of system design, including services, data flows, reliability, and maintainability.
Familiarity with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, transaction handling, and on-chain integrations.
Experience with containerized services and modern deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced engineering environments.
Ability to balance technical quality, scalability, and operational reliability.
Senior-level experience owning projects end-to-end and contributing to architectural decisions.
Experience with open-source blockchain or Web3 projects (preferred).
Familiarity with zero-knowledge technologies, rollups, distributed systems, low-latency infrastructure, or blockchain automation tooling (preferred).
