Description

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows across multiple engineering teams.
  • Own monitoring, alerting, and logging, and help teams instrument their services.
  • Participate in incident response and lead post-incident reviews and follow-up actions.
  • Optimize infrastructure for security, cost, performance, and reliability.
  • Work with development teams to help them build, deliver, and operate services confidently.
  • Partner with engineering teams on new product launches and DeFi initiatives.
  • Champion observability, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and the surrounding ecosystem, including Helm, Istio, and Kustomize.
  • Hands-on AWS experience, including EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, and MSK.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling such as GitHub Actions and Flux CD.
  • Hands-on experience with secrets and access management, such as HashiCorp Vault, RBAC, and least-privilege practices.
  • Solid understanding of SRE concepts, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
  • Experience setting up observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or VictoriaMetrics.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of edge computing and CDN technologies such as CloudFront, Cloudflare, WAF, and caching.
  • Proven on-call and incident response experience.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working in a distributed international team.
  • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Go, Node.js, or Python, preferred.
  • Experience working with blockchain, smart contracts, or DeFi, preferred.
