Description

  • Build and deliver product features across backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and third-party integrations for the 12Go platform.
  • Develop, maintain, and operate backend services and APIs powering affiliate networks, external B2B partners, internal systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Implement and improve modern frontend applications with a focus on performance and excellent user experience (including SSR).
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations with external systems such as affiliate networks, B2B partners, CRM platforms, marketing platforms, and analytics pipelines.
  • Optimize queries, APIs, and frontend performance to ensure reliability and scalability in high-traffic environments.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices and team standards.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code ownership.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, SEO, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, Agile ceremonies, and take ownership of the quality of your work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development on either frontend or backend.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Learning mindset with ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and an evolving tech stack.
  • Experience building and maintaining high-traffic, scalable systems and optimizing performance.
  • Backend experience with PHP (Symfony) is preferred, with ability to work with Node.js or Python pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Vue and Nuxt (SSR) for frontend development; familiarity with React is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL databases (MySQL / MariaDB) and query optimization for high-traffic systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with frontend tooling and testing such as LESS/SCSS, Storybook, Playwright, and CapacitorJS is desirable.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality (preferred).
