Description

  • Develop and implement the UX research strategy.
  • Collaborate with UX research and Product Tech teams through regular meetings and status updates.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluative and exploratory user research independently.
  • Synthesize and present research findings using research, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Translate research insights into actionable design initiatives.
  • Set up and maintain the user research environment and research tools.
  • Create and maintain a UX research repository.
  • Analyze customer feedback and report recurring insights.
  • Communicate research findings and progress across program and product teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a UX research function.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating qualitative and quantitative research for B2C products.
  • Experience coordinating evaluative and exploratory research within a UX research team.
  • Ability to collect qualitative data and analyze quantitative data from analytics tools, including data triangulation.
  • Knowledge of UX product metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to create clear research documentation, including reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Ability to analyze observations, draw actionable conclusions, and provide practical product recommendations.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven research processes, with practical application experience.
  • Commitment to improving research methods and workflows, with a problem-solving focus.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, investments, or multi-market mobile applications is preferred.
