Description

  • Define product vision and select KPIs aligned with business and product-area goals.
  • Validate product decisions through customer research and satisfaction monitoring.
  • Translate product vision into actionable plans and tasks for the development team.
  • Define business requirements and product requirements documentation (PRDs) with the product team.
  • Coordinate product launches with legal, risk, marketing, engineering, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Engineering Team Lead on product delivery.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate decisions and guide product development.

Requirements

  • Personal or professional experience in investing and financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of regulated markets, particularly equities and stocks.
  • Product management experience; fintech experience is preferred.
  • Experience using AI-based tools in day-to-day product management work.
  • Knowledge of emerging technology trends, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.
  • Experience defining business requirements, creating PRDs, and executing them with a product team.
  • Strong data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
