Description

  • Design and prototype AI-assisted product solutions with product and engineering teams.
  • Use AI coding tools and no-/low-code tools to build interactive prototypes and design explorations.
  • Build AI-driven workflows from prompt to flow to result, and document reusable patterns when needed.
  • Turn ideas into clear UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Create partner-facing materials such as presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, infographics, and product explainers.
  • Contribute to discovery activities including interviews, JTBD, surveys, CJMs, and usability testing.
  • Validate product hypotheses through quick experiments and collaborate on defining success metrics.
  • Translate monetization and growth ideas into concrete UX changes and testable prototypes.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure feasibility and a smooth path from prototype to production.
  • Help align business, design, and engineering around UX solutions and contribute to internal standards for AI-assisted workflows and visual consistency.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
  • Strong UI skills with attention to visual clarity, hierarchy, and detail.
  • Strong UX thinking with experience designing flows, structure, consistency, and edge cases.
  • Strong system thinking and the ability to design connected product experiences.
  • Proven AI production experience, including evaluating models and tools and building prompt-plus-workflow pipelines.
  • Hands-on prototyping experience in Figma and interactive prototyping tools such as Framer, React, HTML, or CSS.
  • Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to prototype and build.
  • Experience contributing to discovery research, usability tests, surveys, and synthesizing insights into UX decisions.
  • Comfort framing hypotheses, reading A/B test results, and connecting UX changes to business metrics.
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and strong English communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience designing and shipping D2C and F2P/in-app monetization experiences such as shops, checkouts, promotions, or LiveOps.
  • Preferred: experience in gaming or working with game developers and publishers.
  • Preferred: familiarity with payments, monetization mechanics, design systems, APIs, microservices, cloud, or no-code/low-code tools such as Webflow, Retool, and Zapier.
  • Preferred: ability to write functional front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) or prototype independently with AI coding tools.
  • Preferred: experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment and familiarity with growth design principles.
  • Preferred: additional language skills relevant to key markets such as Russian, Malay, or Chinese.
