Description

  • Manage workload across the enterprise pursuit pipeline and communicate competing deadlines or resource needs.
  • Design complete pitch decks, from opening narrative through appendices and supporting materials.
  • Translate audit findings, media plans, and performance data into clear, on-brand visualizations.
  • Produce motion and video assets, including sizzle reels, animated case studies, transitions, and short-form video.
  • Assemble case study, credentials, team, RFP, and RFI materials using approved content and existing libraries.
  • Create supplemental assets such as leave-behind PDFs, one-pagers, capability sheets, proposal covers, and activation mockups.
  • Deliver and test presenter-ready files in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video formats.
  • Support rehearsals and live pitches while incorporating late-stage changes.
  • Maintain pitch templates, slide libraries, reusable components, and documentation for non-designers.
  • Archive final files, source materials, linked assets, and fonts after each pursuit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience, including meaningful presentation, pitch, or new business design experience.
  • Experience working in a performance marketing, media, or creative agency.
  • Portfolio demonstrating designed decks and pitch materials, preferably work that helped win business.
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts, animation, and handoff-ready files.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus Figma.
  • Video editing and motion graphics proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience working from strategy and analytics inputs.
  • Excellent time management and ability to perform under compressed pitch deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to incorporate direction from senior stakeholders.
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends during active pitch windows.
  • Familiarity with digital and print production requirements.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI processes, proposal software, presentation design systems, Asana, copy editing, sound design, or music selection is preferred.
