Description

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid search strategies for a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with daily optimizations and updates.
  • Oversee account activity and coordinate with managers from other marketing channels.
  • Create and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Criteo.
  • Manage Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing, App Install, and Video advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs.
  • Build and execute A/B tests to identify optimal campaign settings and performance improvements.
  • Use Google Analytics and other insights to analyze results, develop action items, and improve performance.
  • Adjust campaign strategy and budgets based on performance data and client goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and present results, recommendations, and strategic updates.

Requirements

  • 1.5-3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns for multiple client portfolios within an advertising agency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of the SEM industry and paid search advertising model.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics.
  • General knowledge of SEO, social advertising, and web usability.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart building.
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple client timelines and business needs.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, time-intensive environments with competing priorities and frequent fire drills.
  • Understanding of customer lifetime value and optimizing for profit based on client margins.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts.
  • Agency experience preferred, including managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 per client.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools inside and outside paid search platforms is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
