Description

  • Design, build, and ship AI solutions that automate workflows and create new capabilities for internal teams and clients.
  • Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including concept development, maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and re-platforming.
  • Architect secure integrations with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
  • Partner with AI, Client Strategy, Media Strategy, Data Engineering, Product, and client teams to identify opportunities and deploy solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technically feasible AI products and experiences.
  • Manage and develop 1–3 AI Strategists or AI Engineers, including coaching, work reviews, and growth planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in agency or brand environments, focused on client service, account management, product, or technology.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping and operating enterprise production AI systems.
  • Experience with agentic orchestration, tool-use protocols such as MCP, API integrations, and SQL/data warehouses; BigQuery preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing early-career talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical approaches to executives and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with Development, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Strong first-principles problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root problems.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move quickly from concept to implementation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
