Description

  • Manage and triage a high volume of client support tickets.
  • Provide first responses confirming receipt and review of requests for completeness.
  • Perform site edits and configuration within WordPress.
  • Update plugins, themes, and WordPress core.
  • Troubleshoot and repair down or broken sites.
  • Implement security optimizations and hardening measures.
  • Improve site performance through optimizations.
  • Coordinate with hosting support teams to resolve server or hosting issues.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints and provide clear communication and status updates throughout the ticket lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience with WordPress websites.
  • Clear, friendly, error-free written English communication.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable internet access.
